Remote | Full-Time | SeedTrust Escrow

About us

At SeedTrust, we help families grow by making the financial side of surrogacy and egg donation journeys simpler, safer, and less stressful.

Behind every escrow account is a family going through an important chapter of their lives. Our job is to bring clarity, security, and peace of mind to that process, so they can focus on what matters most.

The opportunity

We're looking for an Escrow Administrator fluent in English and Mandarin to join our Escrow Operations team.

You'll be one of the first people our clients talk to. You'll answer their questions, set up their escrow accounts, and make sure every request is handled accurately and on time. Many of our clients are more comfortable in Mandarin, so you'll often be the person who makes a complex process feel clear in their language.

It's a role that combines client support, administrative precision, and teamwork. Behind every smooth client experience is a team that makes it happen, and you'll play a key part in making sure every detail is handled with care.

What you'll be doing

  • Be someone our clients can count on. Answer calls and emails in English and Mandarin, provide clear and thoughtful support, and connect clients with the right people when needed.

  • Get the details right. Open new escrow accounts and cases, making sure information is accurate and complete from the start.

  • Keep clients informed. Confirm incoming deposits and prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other documents with accuracy and care.

  • Keep things moving. Help manage our shared inbox, organize requests, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Work as one team. Collaborate with Escrow Account Leads, Specialists, and other teammates to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow-through.

  • Spot what needs attention. Flag missing information, potential errors, or issues that need to be escalated before they become bigger problems.

You might be a great fit if...

  • You're fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written. You can explain a process on the phone and write a clear, professional email in both languages.

  • Details matter to you. You're organized, accurate, and take pride in getting things right the first time.

  • You enjoy helping people. You're patient, approachable, and good at making information easier to understand.

  • You know how to prioritize. You're comfortable handling multiple requests at once and keeping things moving in a busy environment.

  • You take ownership. You follow through, ask questions, and speak up when something doesn't look right.

  • You're comfortable with technology and pick up new tools and processes quickly.

Experience in customer service, financial services, or administrative operations is a plus. Familiarity with escrow, surrogacy, or fertility services is even better, but not required.

What we offer

We want people to feel trusted, supported, and empowered to do great work.

We're a fully remote team that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We care deeply about the experience we create for our clients and how we work together to make it happen.

  • 100% remote work

  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits

  • Life insurance and 401(k)

  • Unlimited paid time off

Benefits may vary depending on your country of residence and employment arrangement.

Our hiring process

  1. Application and short questionnaire. Please answer in your own words. Honest, specific answers matter more than polished ones.

  2. 30-minute conversation with our recruiting team.

  3. Short language check in Mandarin with a member of our team.

  4. Interview with our Escrow Operations leadership.

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates in multiple countries. Employment or contractor arrangements will depend on your country of residence and local requirements. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence.

We do not work with staffing agencies for this role. Interviews are conducted live on video with cameras on.

Ready to join us?

If you enjoy helping people, bringing order to complex processes, and being someone others can rely on, we'd love to hear from you.

SeedTrust is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
